This is the ideal scaffolding system which does not need a panner for its erection and dismantling, since all the locking screws are provided with eye holes and can be tightened with split pin. They are manufactured in 40NB 'B' class pipe. 
They are used for providing access support for construction of buildings and bridges. The H Frame connected together by scissor type cross braing secured to the frames through the pins welded to the frame.
